BUMP KICK OFF: PARK PARTY

BUMP is kicking off its 2022 festival with a massive Park Party at Central Memorial Park in the Beltline. Headlining this full day free show will be Canadian hip-hop legend, Shad, fresh off the release of his critically acclaimed album, TAO.

To support our national headliner, rising RnB singer Uyemi, who had an incredible reception at Sled Island 2022, will be taking the stage along with Sudanese-Canadian rapper Mouraine, a hip-hop powerhouse in Alberta. This all day show is stacked with performances from local darlings The Ashley Hundred, RnB crooner B*les & The Suede and lush bedroom pop vocals from KRILL WILLIAMS. J KIM will be DJ’ing this party to kick us off, and Birthday Girl will be hosting the fun.

This outdoor concert will transform Central Memorial Park into an awesome beer garden, with goodies from Village Ice Cream, as well as food trucks from Perogy Boyz and Avatara. We are thrilled to be launching our specially-brewed BUMP Festival beer in collaboration with Establishment Brewing Company at this party. The STREET SPIRIT beer by Establishment is designed by Harvey Nichol, an amazing local artist who painted for the 2022 BUMP Roadworks program in May..
