La Güita is a Canadian LatinX visual artist of Nicaragüense descent holding her BFA in Visual Studies from the University of Calgary. Influenced by her rich mesoamerican ancestry, her figures demand justice and reclamation of their sacredness, liberation, and inherent divinity.
